How do I contact customer service?

Click on your username at the top right (desktop) or your avatar on the top right (mobile) and choose “help”

Why does my account look like this?

You did not fill out your profile yet.

Desktop:

Please click on your username at the top right

Go to “settings”

Then “my profile”

When you finish filling out your profile, please scroll to the bottom and click “Submit” to save your changes.

Mobile:

At the top right, click the avatar.

Click “settings”

Fill out your profile, scroll down, and click “Submit” to save your changes.

What is SpiritFlow?

SpiritFlow is a digital oasis (think Patreon but for experts in the spiritual and personal development industries!)

Subscribers can follow, connect, and learn from experts in the field and discover new creators!

If I put my credit card in SpiritFlow, will it be charged?

Your card is only charged if you purchase premium content or subscriptions. You will see a “purchase” button.

How do I become a creator?

If you want to apply to become a creator, you will need to go to “quick start” and select “creator” Please follow the steps including uploading your ID and verification. Our team will review your application promptly.

How do I view posts from the creators I follow?

You will see a home icon at the top left of your screen. When you click that, it will take you to your “timeline” and you will be able to see all the posts from the creators you follow(free and paid!)

How do I find creators?

At the top bar, you will see a search icon. When you click that, you can search creators based on “free” or “paid” as well as type of content and topics. At the bottom, you can scroll through suggested creators!

What content is free?

If you can see the content, it is free!

What content is paid?

You will see premium content as previews of a “lock” status. Under a paid post, you will see “purchase for $_” which will grant you access to that content.

If I subscribe to a creator's account, will my credit card be charged?

No, unless it is a paid subscription (which would say $_ to subscribe”. Otherwise, you will see a “follow for free” confirmation when you attempt to follow the creator.
